IL-7 RA is a type I cytokine receptor and is a subunit of the functional Interleukin-7 receptor and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) receptors. IL-7 RA has been shown to play a critical role in the development of immune cells called lymphocytes - specifically in a process known as V(D)J recombination[citation needed]. This protein is also found to control the accessibility of a region of the genome that contains the T-cell receptor gamma gene, by STAT5 and histone acetylation. 产品描述: This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 37.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-68 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
