描述
通过 PicoGreen® dsDNA 定量分析，可以在含有 ssDNA、RNA 和游离核苷酸的样品中检测低至 25 pg/ml 的 dsDNA (1)。 该分析在三个数量级范围内呈线性，并且具有较低的序列依赖性，因而可以准确测量多种来源的 DNA，包括基因组 DNA、病毒 DNA、小量提取 DNA 或 PCR 扩增产物。 PicoGreen® dsDNA 定量试剂 (PicoGreen® dsDNA Quantitation Reagent) 具有如下特点：
• 灵敏度比 UV 吸收读数高出几个数量级，节省了珍贵的样品（图 1）
• 在存在等摩尔量 RNA 的情况下，对 dsDNA 具有特异性（图 2）
• 易于使用-只需将染料添加到样品中，等待 5 分钟即可读取
• 适用于 96 孔和 384 孔板形式
• 与大多数荧光酶标仪、荧光计和荧光反应兼容
应用： PicoGreen® dsDNA 定量试剂 (PicoGreen® dsDNA Quantitation Reagent) 和试剂盒是 PCR 分析、样品芯片分析、DNA 损伤分析、酶活性分析、基因组 DNA 定量、复杂混合物中的 dsDNA 定量和病毒 DNA 定量的理想选择。
