Product Description: Affinity purified rabbit anti-phosphotyrosine antibody was conjugated to d-Biotin via N-acetylation. The conjugates are useful for detection, identification, and quantization of tyrosine-phosphorylated protein and peptides. This conjugates has been utilized for non-radioactive tyrosine kinase assay.
