描述Minute 细胞质和细胞核分离试剂盒由细胞质提取缓冲液和细胞核提取缓冲液，离心管柱和2.0ML收集管组成。本试剂盒可快速从培养的哺乳动物细胞/组织，原生质体（植物，细菌，酵母和真菌）中分离天然的胞质和胞核蛋白，时间<15分钟。
