Description
ZHR0024 specific to HA tags can greatly improve the effectiveness of several different kinds of immunoassays,such as ELISA、Western blot 、 Dot Blot and IP.As an immunogen, HA tag is poorly immunogenic, so it needs to be conjugated to KLH or some other carriers. ZHR0024 is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and Blymphocytes obtained from mouse. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against HA tag with high specificity and sensitivity.
